What is Booty Barre?

bootybarre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.  We focus on proper biomechanics for a safe and well-structured class that can be modified for any fitness level. 

bootybarre was created by celebrity trainer Tracey Mallett in 2009, who has taken the fitness sensation to over 25 different countries and taught thousands of instructors who now teach this invigorating class in studios and spas globally.

Shape and Fitness Magazine awarded bootybarre the "workout of the month" and the workout has been featured in Self, Redbook, Cosmopolitan, Health, Oxygen, Womens Health, Prevention and many more.
