JEN BELFIELD
PILATES TRAINER // INTEGRATIVE NUTRITION HEALTH COACH
Originally from Los Angeles, CA, Jen moved to San Diego in 1999 after completing her studies in Spanish Literature at UCLA. She immediately went to work in the fast-paced world of online video games as a Marketing Events and Creative Services Director.
During the course of her career, Jen also became an avid Pilates enthusiast and, in her spare time, became a certified Pilates Teacher in 2012, receiving rigorous training from some of the best teachers in the industry. After leaving the corporate world in 2015, she has pursued her passion for Pilates and wellness full time and operates her own Pilates and Fitness practice to this day. Jen is trained in both classical and contemporary styles of Pilates and teaches group and private sessions on all equipment and on the mat via Zoom. She’s also a certified Booty Barre instructor and a TRX Trainer.
Jen’s daily interaction with her students has allowed her to share her passion for health and wellness in multiple ways, beyond physical fitness. She’s helped countless people become more aware of their own minds and bodies and has led them to discover what they can do to feel their best as a whole person. After thousands of conversations with her clients regarding their health and happiness, she decided to make it official and got her certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2022.
When Jen’s not in the studio, you'll either find her lounging on the patio with a good book or enjoying time outdoors on one of San Diego's many beaches and trails with her loved ones, friends and dog, Zoe.
