FAQ:
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Life happens - and sometimes you have to change plans. I am happy to work with you on the occasional basis in such cases.
Generally speaking, I have a generous 12-hour cancellation policy. Please let me know at least 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations occurring inside of the 12-hour window are subject to a fee equal to the full, regular price of your scheduled class (discounts do not apply to cancellation fees). Last-minute re-bookings that extend beyond 15 minutes of the original appointment times are considered cancellations and are subject to a $25 re-booking fee.
What equipment do you recommend?
Primarily, a yoga mat or (if you don't have a yoga mat) a towel on top of a rug or other soft surface. An additional small hand towel or small pillow is good to have on hand for additional neck support.
Beyond that, I recommend the following OPTIONAL items: a soft exercise ball (medium sized), a foam roller, a Pilates ring (sometimes called the Magic Circle). Please contact me for more details on which specific items to buy if you're interested.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. In fact, I recommend a 10-minute Zoom call to go over your wants and needs before starting a plan. Contact to book something if you're interested!
